Vesper AI – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vesper AI (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vesper AI is a voice-powered assistant that helps users with:

• Navigation and route guidance using mapping APIs.
• Reading and composing emails through Gmail integration.
• Providing general answers via AI-powered responses.

Additional features may be added in the future.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vesper AI. Sign-in is handled via Google OAuth, and you agree that your use of your Google account is governed by Google’s terms and policies.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use Vesper AI only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or hinder the App’s operation. While using Vesper AI during driving, you must comply with all local traffic laws. The App is designed as a hands-free assistant but does not replace your responsibility to drive safely.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of any content or voice commands you provide (“User Content”). By using the App, you grant Vesper AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store this content only to operate and improve the App (e.g., saving “send I will be right there” for request history).

7. Third-Party Services

Vesper AI integrates with: Google APIs (Maps, Gmail), Firebase, OpenAI APIs, and Picovoice Eagle. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Safety Disclaimer

Vesper AI provides navigation guidance but may not reflect real-time road conditions. Always pay full attention to the road. The developer assumes no liability for any accidents, damages, or losses arising from the use of the App while driving.

9. Subscription & Payments

Vesper AI offers a freemium model. Certain features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions via RevenueCat. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to their terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Vesper AI at any time. The developer may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ko Ko Aung is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Vesper AI.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://vesperai.site/terms with a new effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
